Team UKCC comprises a team of experienced chefs, culinary artists, students, and mentors with the aim of competing on the world stage, representing the diverse talent we have in the UK. In our very first international competition, the 2018 Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg, with limited resources, the team managed to win 7 medals, including 1 gold! Some of our team members have been selected from competing in our open chef competitions/salon culinaires.
