Addressing the skills shortages in our industry requires developing and nurturing talent for the next generation of chefs. We have experienced chef lecturers as part of our team and have close partnerships with a number of colleges across the United Kingdom. 

We can provide bespoke simple courses that are tailored to your requirements or for those that want a higher level of qualification with a recognised UK educational institute. 

There are many experienced chefs and restaurateurs without any formal qualifications and there are chefs that want to improve their plating skills and presentation. These courses would be ideal for you. 

We would also encourage chefs to enter competitions, not only to fine tune their skills, but to instil pride and passion in one’s own cooking and enhance career prospects, as well as having a great deal of fun at the same time!
